Why Journal

african american woman

Everyday brings new opportunities and unfinished projects or business meeting from yesterday. How can you find peace or understand what is going on inside of you? How can you experience your own unique emotional journey?
You can examine and expand your mind, understand self (according to God’s Word), discover your strength and weakness, and explore and release your feelings through journaling.
As you seek God, record your thoughts, emotion or response to situation through journaling, you will be able to maintain a personal dialogue. This journal will help you to explore and understand your personal truth.
Journaling through your lifestyle journey helps you to take a realty check.
Also, helps you to re-evaluate your motives and responses for the choices you made.

“Open my eyes, that I may behold wonderful things from your law” (Psalm 119:18, NAS).

Have a blessed day.

You came to mind out of the blue yesterday and I prayed for you. Thought I'd email you but I've had people do that to me and I looked at them like &q;oHutUH?" cause nothing was wrong. But I am praying for what you are dealing with. Our Father knows.
