What Are The Steps for a Healthy Lifestyle?

Walking and living a healthy lifestyle requires two simple steps: Salvation Plan and Health Declaration.

The first step offers you freedom from sin’s grip: Salvation Plan

This is faith in Christ’s redemption plan. You make a simple confession that you denounce the devil’s authority over you and choose to believe in your heart and confess verbally that Jesus is Lord over your life.

Jon 3:16 ESV “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”.

The second step is needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle is Health Declarations (ongoing)

As a child of God, you can verbally confess His word. Daily confession offers you

  1. Reassurance of gift of eternal life.
  2. Guarantee of daily needs being taking care of: God’s covering, shelter, and protections before, during and after various life’s storms.

We are set free by our faith in Him
