Another day that the Lord has made. He has given us this day to appreciate while we use our God-given talents, gifts, and ministries to serve others.
According to history, this English name is derived from Old English Twesdag. The Middle East Tewesday means “Tiw’s Day” the day of “Tiw or Tyr” the god of single combat, victory and heroic glory in Norse mythology.
“This is the day that the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24, NKV).
