The Traffic Light

Approaching the intersection and the release to proceed through the intersection depends on if we are a driver or pedestrian. The colorful traffic light keeps traveling order, reduces intersection accidents. Traveler know and abide by the traveling laws. As drivers we know that we proceed on the green light after caution. IF we are traveling by foot, we know that red light for car drivers is our green light for crossing after engaging in walking caution. We all have to ponder and meditate over the cautious yellow light. We ask ourselves the following questions: as driver we ask ourselves should we go, or should we wait. As pedestrians we think twice before crossing on yellow and if the light changes to yellow as we are walking across the street we run towards our destinies.
What are the spiritual lights within our soul? When we are not feeling well, we enter the red-light zone. This permits us to deviate from our daily routine and hit the snooze button, enjoy solitude and being re-energized. We should also make sure during this time we cleanse and refresh our spiritual care through prayer, meditation and Bible study. When we feel as thou we have enter the caution zone, we need to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit, search the Scriptures, and engage in attentive listening skills to God. While we travel through a green light zone, we need to stay prayerful, watch our wordings, thoughts, and emotional states. During the movement phase, we need to take time out to breathe, maintain the balance between our spirits, souls, and bodies, and try the spirit by the spirit. “He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him. Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go” (Proverbs 2: 8-9).
