Stress Response

Is how your body response to life challenges; dangerous, threatening, surprise, joyous, grief, and etc. We all handle stress differently.

There is a certain amount of stress that is consider to be normal: occasional response, answering cell phone, email, family time, daily schedule activities.

Then there is chronic stress which can affect your health; neck stiffness, migraines, cloud thinking, sleep interrupter, anger, anxiety attack.

Higher levels of stress hormones raise your blood pressure, blood sugar and lower your resistance to infection, affects your behavior and judgement.

Studying,meditating, repeating, and living God’s Word can help you deal, balance, and overcome various stress levels.

Scriptures Stress Dosages:

  • “What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us (Romans 8:31)?
  • “Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28-30 KJV).
  • “[The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles (Psalms 34:17-19 KJV).

Fredina J.
