Stop: Self Sabotaging

Stop: Self Sabotaging

We all have dreams, goals, and future plans that we ae waiting to manifest within our personal lifestyles.

As we are waiting, how can we stop “self-sabotaging”?

Stop dwelling of past mistakes and failures-by looking at them as learning opportunities.

Take captive every thought-thoughts that are self-defeating, we must cast them down and renew our mind daily in God’s Word.

Stop procrastinating-by seeking God on what you can do today to pursue our dreams and goals.

“Forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3: 13-14).

Fredina J. Usher-Weems’ passion for the field of health and wellness began at the young age of 12, when neighborhood friends and family members declared her the fitness instructor at the daycare center her parents owned in Cleveland, Ohio.  Fredina states that “when the kids came in, we started our morning off doing laps, jumping jacks, and push-ups.”
