Rest: The Mind

The question you ask yourself daily is What if?

The choices, decisions, and actions we take originate within our mind. We are always thinking.

How can we rest our mind?

  1. Meditate
    1. There are many types of meditation. As a child of God our first meditation should be in God’s word.
      1. This helps us to find solutions to daily life challenges as we trust and rest in His promises.
    2. Other forms of meditations;
      1. Worship music.
      2. Recreational activities.
      3. Social Events.
    3. Benefits
      1. Refresh mind.
      2. Lower your blood pressure.
      3. Lesson your anxiety level.
      4. Improve your quality of life.

Make sure whatever types of meditations you select,  glorify God.

” So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV).
