In order to maintain a holistic lifestyle, you must incorporate rest. For some of us, this does not come easy. Rest is sacred to everyone. Our spirit, soul, and body require rest. How can you maintain a balance lifestyle and rest? Today we will discuss rest for the body.

    3. Avoid the snooze button
      1. Continuous use of the snooze button messes with your internal clock and can cause you to feel tired during certain times of the day.
    4. Massage
      1. This is a great way to get your body to relax.
    5. Give your concerns and worries to God.
