Psychological Disorder: Anxiety

A universal human emotional response is called anxiety. This normally alert us to possible danger. We may feel it when we are stepping into the land of uncertainty (job relocation, meeting future in-laws, interview, starting school, new relationships, and job promotions). Therefore, some anxiety can be optimal for many kinds of tasks and performances. Anxiety Disorder kicks in when a person becomes overwhelmed within certain situations and circumstances or what we assumed will happen.
