Part Two: Computer Desk Health Challenges

The way we set up our computer workstation can cause the following health problems:
1. Forearm Tendonitis
2. Tingling Fingers
3. Wrist problem
4. Shoulder Tension
This quick and simple exercise will allow us to pray and stretch at the same time. Aloes, help to prevent hand injuries, strengthen our wrists and keep our hands and fingers flexible.
Prayer Hand Stretch
• While standing or sitting, let us place your palms together in a praying position.
• Elbows touch each other.
• Hands are in front of your face.
• Arms are touching each other (tips of your fingers to your elbows).
• Palms pressed together
• Slowly spread your elbows apart, while lowering your hands to waist height. (Stop when we feel the stretch, or our hands are in front of your belly button).
• Stretch can be held between 10 and 30 seconds.
• Repeat as often as we like.
God words tell us to pray without ceasing. This will give us time to stretch and thank God for the opportunity to share our concerns, stretch, and enjoy this praying hand stretch moment.
