Nectarines: Nutrition Values

There are over 150 nectarines with a variety of sizes, shapes, and tastes. Even though they are considered being peaches without the fuzz, the nectarines offer more beta carotene than peaches. Preparing nectarines for eating includes thoroughly rinsing them in cold water, not slicing until we are ready to taste them. Nectarines can be baked, broiled, grilled or eaten raw.
Just like we have a variety of nectarines, our families consist of variety of personality types, emotional states, skin colors, and personal needs. As we interact with each other, let us remember to be Christlike and in love select our voice tones, attitudes, facial expressions, and opinions that will maintain family unity, love, respect, and appreciation for each other unique identities in Christ.
