Mindful Meditation

Let us pause, if possible, right now and breathe in and exhale out for two minutes and try this prayer and recollection meditation which helps to restore our inner peace by Klaus Issler:
“Now and then I pause, and listen to my breathing: Is it SLOW? QUICK? EASY? LABORED? Congested? And I ask, how do I feel, Now in my body? RELAXED? TIRED? BORED? WEARY? I am a breath of God, and imaged, living being. Breath I invite you in, fill me, refresh me. Spirit, I invite you in, (take a breath) fill me refresh my soul”.
“I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness”(Isaiah 61: 10).
