So instead of weighing out the positives in a situation, you allow your mind to overgeneralize and react to events instead of using basic critical thinking to formulate a constructive analysis of the situation. Most destructive thinking leads to self-destructive behavior if practiced daily.

Remember letting of destructive thoughts will relieve stress juxtapose compiling negative thoughts that can lead to spiritual and physical health challenges.
