The food labeling laws try to motivate people to make healthy choices. The food choices can assist in one’s weight loss or weight gain. Family members and associates have been known to say that you are a product of your food choices. That is an interesting thought.

Scripture informs us that “for as he thinketh in his heart so is he” Proverbs 23:7a.

How are you labeling your self-worth?
1.Are you thinking and speaking negative over yourself?
a. I cannot do this.
b. No one in my family is wealthy, attended college, or was able to control his or her weight.

2.Are you listening to others’ destructive criticism about yourself?
a. You are not educated enough to pursue that job.
b. He or she is not of your dating range.
c. You will always look. act, and be that size because it is in your genetic make-up.

Remember when God created you, He made you in His image. “You are fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalms 139:14). You have control over your belief system. Why not believe what God says about you and walk in His Image.
