Infection

No one likes to be told they have an infection. The word infection is viewed as negative. The dictionary defined infections as “the process of infecting or the state of being infected”. Now, how we get infected can be mystery to us and the medical industry. One thing is for sure, once infected, we have to fight the virus, disease, environment, or interactions with all of our being and still hold on to the devastating infection if we do not seek our Spiritual Advisor and healer, Jesus Christ. Just because we believe we are healed by faith from whatever infection that tried to plaque either our spirits, souls, or bodies, does not guarantee us a miraculous deliverance. We still have to (with a winning mentality) battle the situation using the proper weapons. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:4-15). The weapons include our belief in God’s word, our declaration of faith, our word proclamation, our obedience to patiently follow our spiritual physician (SP) and medical physician (MP) direction on how to overcome the infection within our physical bodies.
Yes, we serve an awesome God that can instantly deliver and heal us from the following infections: Spiritual-fear, doubt and unbelief
Soul attacks-depression, anxiety, bitterness, and anger
Physical- flu, virus, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure.
If God does not choose to heal us instantly (microwave) way, we must be steadfast and unmovable and take the prescribe medications (surgery, pills, therapy, nutrition adjustments, counseling etc. With each prescription we must proclaim “I can do all this through him who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13).
