Stress, food choices, and health challenges can have a negative effect on our hearts. Your heart is size of your fist, bundle of muscle. It is responsible for supplying blood throughout your body.
It is the leading cause of death for men and women. African American are 40% more likely to die from heart disease than white women.
Symptoms of a heart attack are:
1. Heaviness of chest
2. Neck, jaw, shoulder, or back pain
3. Nausea and vomiting or abdominal pain above the belly button
4. Shortness of breath
5. Exhaustion or fatigue
