A healthy body requires us to have strong faith. You ask how does the two blend (Healthy body and faith). If we believe that our bodies our God’s temple, then we must take our daily dose of fitness medicine from His Word (the Bible). Before we can attend a fitness class or eat a meal, we need to seek God’s guidance on what fitness plan he has for us. There is no one size fits all healthcare ritual for God’s children. We are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image; yet, everyone is different in relation to one’s dream, goal, weight, cultural, age, and race. God’s wellbeing for us (Fit and Faith) can be reveal to us through prayer. This personal relationship with God, permits us to talk and listen to God in regard to our personal healthcare plans. Through this ongoing interaction, we can find out what foods to eat, what exercise routine to do, what vitamins and supplements needed and what fitness medication (God’s Word) do we need for this day. Our abundant faith and fitness depends upon our spiritual development.
Let us commit to spending time in God’s word and walking out His healthcare plan for our lives.
