Glass

We all take time out to quench our thrust. After drinking, how do we view what fluid is left in the glass. Is it half empty (pessimism) or is it half full (optimism)? The way we view the reminding fluid in the glass can be transition over into how we view our lifestyles.
For example
As we look at our bank balance, do we praise God for the money in the bank (optimism) or I do we notice that we not have enough money (pessimism)
We are dreading going grocery shopping (pessimism) or are we grateful that we have money to go grocery shopping (optimism).
We are not happy or satisfied with our weight and body image (pessimism) or do we thank God that we are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image and that all of our bodies’ parts are functioning (optimism).
Each day brings with it new opportunities, challenges, decisions and chances for us to be pessimism or optimism.
“I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants” (Deuteronomy 30:19).
