Garlic Precuations

Before adding garlic to your daily nutrition intake, check with your Spiritual Physician (SP) and your Medical Physician (MP).
If you have a history of digestion problems or stomach issues, please check with your physician and use with restraints to make sure it does not irritate the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
If breastfeeding or pregnant, it is suggested not to take garlic either internally or topically.
Safety garlic intake for children is to consume orally in moderation and for short-term period.
If you have been diagnosed with bleeding disorder or schedule for surgery, check with your SP and MP and exercise caution. It is suggested that garlic not be taken at least two weeks before scheduled surgery.
If you have low blood pressure, be cautious with garlic intake since it reduces hypertension.
Remember, seek God’s guidance and always plead the blood of Jesus before placing anything into your mouth or allowing any words to come out of your mouth.
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).
