Remind ourselves that we are not perfect, only Our Savior is.
Self-forgiveness does not mean we will forget the incidents.
Remind ourselves that Jesus died on the cross for all sins.
Self-forgiveness does not mean I have to share with everyone our feelings of guilt or shame (tell Jesus).
