Food Recipes: Healthy Eyes


We loved to go grocery shopping. Let us get excited, ready and imagine ourselves strolling down the isles in our favorite grocery stores. First, let us cruise down the vegetable section. We can enter the green lane and place kale, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers in our cart. Next, let us bounce down the beta-carotene section and put the following items within our carts: carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, cantaloupe, red and yellow peppers, and apricots. Finally, let us in our shopping by selecting some following foods: liver (vitamin A), swiss chard, zucchini, brussel sprouts (lutein) and maybe include cod liver oil.
