Flu:Feelings

There are times when we just don’t feel good. How can we tell if our feelings are flu related?
1. Fever- can last anywhere between 4-5 days. Prayerfully check with your physical physician.
2. Muscle Pain-aching muscles. Pay attention to red and swollen joints. Muscle tenderness in the chest area. Prayerfully check with your physician.
3. Fatigue-ongoing feelings of weakness and exhaustion. Get plenty of rest. Prayerfully check with your physician.
4. Cough-this is a respiratory disease; therefore, coughing is expected and common. This coughing can lead into sore throat. Prayerfully check with your physician.
5. Shortness of breath- this is common due to congestion and stubborn coughing. Prayerfully check with your physician.
7. Loss of Appetite-dehydration and not feeling like eating are possible if one is nausea, vomiting or suffering from diarrhea. Prayerfully check with your physician.
If you are feeling drained, fighting with diarrhea, losing the desire to eat, coughing, and experiencing shortness of breath you might have the flu. Remember, our medical doctors are a gift from God. Prayerfully seek God’s guidance on which physician He wants you to visit.
“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise” (Jeremiah 17:14).
