Fear: Understanding

Fear drains our mental health in the areas of our psychological, emotional,  and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.

Fear starts off as a thought (image). Next, our emotions (feelings) kick in. Finally fear becomes physical (seen)as we begin to feel perceived danger.

TOMORROW

How can we counter attack fear?

Let us start by filtering our thoughts.

BY

  1. Asking ourselves is this true
  2. Praying
  3. Listening to God’s response
  4. Overcoming the feeling of fear by obeying God’s solution
  5. Declaring God’s word over the situation
  6. Trusting in Him

Remember

“You did not create me to worry

You did not create me to fear

but You created me to worship daily

So Ima leave it all right here” (Anthony Brown and Group Therapy Lyrics: Trust in  You).
