Fear drains our mental health in the areas of our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.
Fear starts off as a thought (image). Next, our emotions (feelings) kick in. Finally fear becomes physical (seen)as we begin to feel perceived danger.
