While we are spending time with family, what nutritionist meals can we eat daily that will quench our thirst and hunger pain?

Our family meals can incorporate nutritionist meals that will:

Our food and drink choices should incorporate (90% of the time):

Pure water

Veggies

Fruits

Whole grain

Our food choices can include (10% of the time, special occasions)

Dessert of our choice

Our list of junk food (Cheetos, lays chips, donuts, soda, alcohol and etc..)
