Family Fun Exercising

This weekend let us engage in family fun fitness challenges with loved ones. This will allow each family member to tone, sculpt, and creatively engage in strength training with family, friends, or neighbors by encouraging each other through this healthy fitness challenge and by accepting each other’s physical limitations. This will help us get to know each other through movements, sportsmanship, and energizing music.  Remember to have fun before during and after your family’s fun fitness challenge.  Please remember to enjoy each other versus competing with each other.
