We made it through another week, let us ring the bells and thank our redeemer. Let us celebrate by engaging in a family or loved one work-out. We can start off by praising God through our verbal declarations in song. Next, we can offer worship through our physical movements (making sure we are following the distance guidelines) through Zumba, Tai-Chi, aerobic, musical chairs, computer games, or movie night.
