Family Commitment

Are we committed to the well-being of our family members?

Within our family setting, whether we like it or not, we all have a part to play in each other’s lifestyle.

God gave each one of us the freedom of choice. We cannot make our parents, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews’ final decisions in relation to their daily decisions.  If God does not force His will on us, we as family members do not have the right to overrule our family members’ choices.

Our commitment to our family members can be activate through:

Our ongoing prayer request for their souls, health, finance.

Remember to offer them God’s mercy and grace.

Watch our word choices.

Serve them God’s love versus self-love

“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever” (1 Timothy 5:8).
