Elbow Hip Pulldown

Today if you feel like stress is overcoming your sanity. Take time to pull down and put into perspective the challenge or situation in hand. The word of God encourages us to pull down stronghold. While we are spiritually pulling down strongholds, let us work on strengthening, toning, and flexing our abdominal muscles.
Elbow Hip Pulldown
1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Keep a soft bend in your knees (for back support and tight lower back).
3. Reach your right arm straight overhead.
4. Bend your right elbow and bring it down towards your right knee.
5. Lift your right leg up and bend your right knee (right knee pointing outwards).
6. Try to touch your right elbow to your right knee.
7. Return to start position.
8. Try on the right side for 3 sets of 10 reps.
9. Repeat on the left side.
Don’t forget to breathe in God’s peace and exhale life distractions.
