Ducking: Chronic Diseases

We all want to maintain healthy lifestyles. How can we avoid becoming members of the Chronic Diseases Population?

Frist, we need to limit our intake of negative calories through drinking sodas and alcohol and eating fried foods and pastries.

Second, we need to keep on moving by incorporating cardiovascular and strength training.

Third, we should keep our daily appointments with God through, prayer, Bible study, and fellowshipping among the Saints.

Fourth, we should eliminate the “I Syndrome” by serving others in love.

Fifth, we need to watch our stressors (people, places and things).

“I will never forget your commandments, for you have used them to restore my joy and health” (Psalms 119:93 NLT).
