Directions for the Journey

We all get excited when we are starting, new projects, preparing for vacations, or starting to pursue our dreams and goals.
We start the journey with a full tank of gas which is high energy level, zeal and excitement.
Our bags are packed with ideas, game plans, support system lists, possible connections, and financial assistants.
Yet, we forget the back-up plan. This is the recharging battery used when things do not go as plan, we run into hinderance, and we feel like quitting.
What steps can we use to keep us on your journey?
1. Remember to take small steps forward.
2. Practice positivity- Quote God’s Word
3. Never quit-you make think it and feel it. Just keep calling on Jesus a take baby steps.
4. Have a positive support group-Call in the people in your corner that you know have your back.
5. Problems are opportunities for learning-Ask God what can you learn from this situation.
6. Practice gratitude- Each day list several things you are grateful and thank God.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV).
