Desk Stretching

The Electronic Revolutionary period has caused a lot of us to end up either sitting at a desk, working at a computer, or checking text message on our cell phone. Many people have discovered that the computer and cellular phone decade age brings with it physical repetitive strain injuries. Also, cumulative body stress injuries. In preparation for overcoming and eliminating stress within our spirit, soul, and body, we can:
1. Keep our daily spiritual appointments with God.
2. Take a break from our cell or computer.
3. Engage in a brief meditation and relaxation moment
a. At your desk, or location
b. Close your eyes
c. Praise the Lord
d. Inhale, exhale
e. Try this for at least one minute
f. Return back to what you were doing
Remember, your meditation break is away to praise God, relax your body, and enjoy the moment of peace. We are to bless to be stress.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid” (John 14:27).
