Darkness

This atmosphere can be gloomy, depressing, overbearing with isolation and loneliness. We cannot see the path ahead within the thick darkness. We feel a sense of hopelessness. If we transition from a pessimist spirit to an optimistic we can see God’s handy work and his blessing during the darkness.
Medical industry proclaim that darkness makes our immune system work efficiently since darkness allow us to produce the hormone called melatonin (fights diseases).
Darkness permits our body rhythm to rest so that we can sleep peacefully.
In dark season of our lives we realize and accept that there are lessons to be learned and victories to look forward to as we keep our faith and trust in Christ.
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:5).
