Christmas’ Sparrow

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows”  Matthew 10: 2-31, NIV).

Christmas time is one of the most joyous celebrating time of the year. Yet, for some of us, who have lost loved ones, it can be a time of sadness. It is OK to grief for and over lost loved ones. Remember each one of us griefs in our own way. Prayerfully ask the Lord to send you someone to whom  you can share your grief with.  Always talk to God. Remember the good times with the person. Finally, reminds yourself, that your relationship with the loved one cannot be replaced even though you are in a new season, a new chapter , as you continue on your earthly journey.

Why should I feel discouraged

Why should the shadows come

Why should my heart feel lonely

And long for Heav’n and home

When Jesus is my portion

A Constant Friend is He

His eye is on the sparrow

And I know He swathe over me

His eye is on the sparrow

And I know He watches me.

My family and I are praying for you during this Christmas season.
