The chest area carries a lot of tension and stress. Below are a couple of chest stretches/strengthening exercises. Select a time that can conveniently fit into your schedule.
Remember to warm up for at least 5-10 minutes before you start your routine.
Clasped Hands Behind Your Back Chest Stretch
Place hands behind your back and clasped them together
Palms facing upwards
Pull your hands down and press your shoulder blades back and together
Make sure your chest is lifted up towards the ceiling
Hold your stretches 10-20 seconds
The stretch should be felt in your upper arms and chest
Try this for at least 3 times
