Boundaries

Are we trying to figure out what to add or subtract from our agenda? Let us stop, take three quick breaths, relax, and ask ourselves, what and whom do we need to interact, or do today that is mandatory.
We have to have boundaries set around our time to allow margin for necessity, emergency, breaks and me-time. As we look over our schedule, let us make sure:
We have included some breathing time.
We have removed unnecessary drama from people, places or things.
We have included nutrition breaks.
We take the required bathroom breaks (smile).
We take time to enjoy life.
