Bereavement

One of the most difficult experience you can go through is overcoming the loss of loved ones. Grief is a normal emotional response to a loss. It can be traumatic and leave one with a deep sense of isolation and despair.

Mourning is the process by which you work through the loss to regain a sense of balance and reintegration in you life. Mourning is  a process; not a weakness but rather a form of healing.

” The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff comfort me” (Psalm 23: 1-4 KJV).

As you are going through this season of bereavement, remember, God’s eye is on the sparrow (you) and I know he watches me.
