Back on the Journey

In order to get back on course, after we have taken breaks or had to handle unforeseen circumstances, we need to evaluate.
Evaluation
1. What stage of development are we approaching?
a. Are we approaching the finish line?
b. Do we need to reevaluate our goals?
c. How are our finances?
d. Do we still have the same goals?
e. What did we learn from the detour (rest, health challenges, stressors, family challenges, or emergencies).
2. Where is our focus?
a. Is it to finish to glorify God?
b. Is it to finish just to complete the journey?
c. How is our soul?
3. Where is our Faith?
a. Are we still depending, leaning, and trusting God every step of the way?
b. Are we trusting within our own strengths and abilities?
c. Are we depending others’ faith?

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11 NOV).
